POLICY STATEMENT REGARDING QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT AND WORK HEALTH AND PROTECTION
SC ELCOMEX IEA SA policy statement regarding quality and environment management and work health and protection is to provide high-grade products/ services, to comply with the environment needs and to develop activities intended for improving the work health and protection, according to the management requirements set forth by the reference documents SR EN ISO 9001:2008, SR EN ISO 14001:2005; SR OHSAS 18001:2008 and CNCAN guidelines. .
The General Manager is responsible to define, implement and maintain the quality policy, environment protection, work health and security inside SC ELCOMEX IEA SA and assures to Integrated Management Responsible full authority and necessary means to perform these.
As General Manager, I will assure material and human resources necessary for all personnel implementing, acknowledgement and learning the quality and environment management, the work health and protection, stipulated and listed in the documentation related to integrated management.
In order to implement the above-mentioned, we established the following general goals:
the policy regarding quality and environment, work health and protection inside SC ELCOMEX IEA SA to be clearly understood, implemented, maintained to all society levels and advised all personnel. This shall be available for personnel;
the compliance with customers requirements so that no more than 5 complaints shall be received;
to perform the quality of products/works/services for the best price by using efficiently the technological and human resources;
the works performed by us shall be more competitive on market;
the prevention of non-conformances recurrence during the works/services; therefore, we propose to have no more than 10 non-conformances per year;
to maintain and extend the area of works;
to assure a permanent dialogue with all interested parts, inside and outside the society;
to be aware of the legal requirements and norms related to quality, environment, work health and protection, applicable to products, services and processes of our society;
to assure an organizational system, which shall allow the evaluation of the environment performance;
to assure necessary resources, especially appropriate qualified personnel;
there shall occur 2 incidents at the very most;
to assure suitable work conditions so that no work accident and/or professional diseases shall occur;
the specific energetical supplies will be reduced with about 1% per year;
to reduce the technological loss of charge stocks with about 2,5% per year.
For achieving its goals, SC ELCOMEX IEA SA has implemented, maintained and improved continually a quality system as per the requirements of SR EN ISO 9001:2008; SR EN ISO 14001:2005; SR OHSAS 18001:2008 standards and CNCAN guidelines.
The society policy regarding quality and environment management and work health and protection is a public document, communicated to all interested persons having interface with society, through appropriate and adequate communication means.
The society policy and the proposed goals are communicated to all personnel by distribution and training with the integrated management system documents within all departments of society.
Society departments managers must submit and ensures permanently that this policy is clearly understood and implemented.All personnel are responsible for implementing and following the provisions included in the integrated management system documents.
The high-level management reviews periodically the implementation and functionality of the integrated management system and shall monitor its continuous improvement, assurance being represented by capacity, responsibility and involvement of all society levels in order to achieve the target goals.
